Another new surfboard design, innovated in the early 1990’s was Morey’s longboard he calls the Swizzle. He is still making these boards, which come in lengths from 7′ 0″ to 10′ 0″ and longer. This is a custom fiber glassed surfboard that features a shape with the nose of his Peck Penetrator, the body with wider areas in the chest and gid=0 (https://docs.google.com) hip areas, the center section of the board being just inside of parallel. Morey calls the shape parabolic. The rear rails feature the Afterburner vacuum rails on a 45 degree inward angle from top to bottom similar to a boogie board rail. The Afterburners decrease the suction on the rear of the surfboard, increasing the speed of paddling and running down line on a wave. The vacuum rear rails engage the water and help pull the surfboard around when making a turn.

I have also been reading Mr. Terrific. The new Mr. Terrific first appeared in the Spectre comic book series and then joined the JSA. Apparently, the Mr. Terrific in the new DC Universe is still Michael Holt but he was not a member of the Justice Society. (It has not been stated he was never a member of the JSA but it sure seems like it.) Power Girl appears in the Mr. Terrific comic but she does not seem to have powers or go by Power Girl. Instead, she appears as a friend of Micheal’s and uses her real name of Karen Starr. I like how Mr. Terrific now works out of a space between dimensions. I cannot help but wonder if Mr. Terrific’s study of dimensions is going to play into the return of the JSA somehow. It looks like we will have to wait and see.
For every 1,000 residents in the city of New Orleans, that 7.63 violent crime number stands outs. In the state of Louisiana, that number is just 5.55. Throughout the state, the number is higher than the national median number of 3.9. With New Orleans being a hot tourist destination throughout the year, the likelihood of a tourist being affected by a violent crime is high. There is the potential for a crime to happen in one of every 131 people in the city compared to 1 out of 180 to visit the state.
New Hangi is the traditional Maori way of cooking using heated rocks buried in a pit oven. The meat taste kinda like a combination of smoked and grilled. Haka is traditional Maori war dance. The most famous one is by All Blacks. The Haka war dance looks really fierce and kinda scary in real life.
New And so it is now that most of us have not had or used a library card for years. Perhaps our younger generation has never been in a public library. The library now comes to you, and you can search it and multitask in ways that were unimagined before the advent of the personal computer. The smart phone and tablet device is having similar impact on our daily lives. We can stay in touch with virtually anyone instantly. In fact, if you subscribe to all this technology, whether you like it or not, you are always in the loop. You literally have to unplug to escape. Interruption is constant for many of us, and if things quiet down for some, it can become disquieting.
